The programs are designed based on the severity of the case and the weekly sessions are scheduled. Clients with extreme anxiety, suicidal tendencies, long-distance or no-contact relationships sometimes seek me out. In addition to regular sessions, I offer them a road trip, their choice of movie or comedy show, restaurant outings, and even become their friend or relative to introduce me to their partners (sometimes observing their partners without revealing myself as a coach) and may even stay with them - essentially taking on all the risks.
